Ingredients:

2 cup milk
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup bisquick
4 eggs
1/4 cup butter or marg
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup coconut


Procedure:

Combine milk, sugar, bisquick, egg, butter & vanilla in blender.  Cover & blend 3 min on low speed.  Pour into greased 9 inch pie plate.  Let stand about 5 min then sprinkle with coconut.  Bake at 350 degree for 40 minutes. (or omit coconut and arrange drained peach slices on pie).  Serve warm or cool.
