This is another easy glaze for Boston Cream Pie or Eclairs.


Ingredients:

2 tbsp cocoa
1 tbsp plus 2 tsp water
1 tbsp Crisco oil
1 tbsp corn syrup
1 cup 4x sugar

Procedure:

Combine all  but 4x sugar in saucepan over medium heat.
Cook & stir till mixture is smooth.
Remove from heat.Beat in sugar.
Drizzle over cake.
