Ingredients:

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
2 tbsp oil
2 pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 cup milk
3 tbsp lemon juice
3 tsp vanilla
1 can fruit pie filling

Procedure:

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

Reserve 1 cup dry cake mix.
In large bowl, combine remaining cake mix, 1 egg & oil.
Mix well till crumby.
Press crumb  mixture into spring pan, evenly on bottom & slightly up the sides.

In same bowl, blend cream cheese & sugar.
Add 3 eggs, cup of cake mix, milk, lemon juice, and vanilla until smooth.

Pour into pan & bake 300 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
Turn off oven & let cake in for 1 hour.
Cool.
Pour pie filling on cake.
Chill in refrigerator.
