Ingredients:


3/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
small pkd vanilla pudding mix NOT INSTANT
3 Tbsp butter or marg softened
1 egg
1/2 cup milk

Combine all and mix for on medium for 2 min and pour in greased bottom &
sides of 9 or 10 inch pie pan.

1 15-20 oz can sliced peaches or pineapple (well drained) reserve juice

Place over batter

1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
3 Tbsp reserved juice

Combine and beat on medium for 2 min and spread over batter to within 1 inch
of edge

1 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Combine, sprinkle over cream cheese filling

350 for 30 to 35 min.
