Ingredients:

1 yellow cake mix
1 pkg pistachio instant pudding
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup water


Procedure:

Combine all ingredients.
Blend to moisten, then beat 2 minutes.
Pour into well greased & floured bundt pan.

Bake @ 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until done.
Cool 10 minutes.
Remove from pan. 
Cool on wire rack.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
