Coconut Easter Eggs - CEL
Ingredients:
2 lbs. powder sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 lb. cream cheese
1/2 lb. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
about 14 ounces coconut -- You could add more to your liken.

Procedure:
Mix and refridgerate overnight. Then shape the eggs. Dip into chocolate (chocolate chips and parafin work good). Cool on wax paper.
