Ingredients:

1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

1/3 cup mayo

1 tsp mustard

1 tsp grated onion

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp white pepper

1 can (12 oz) crab meat, drained & flaked

1 tsp parsley

2 to 3 Tbsp sherry


Procedure:

Combine first seven ingredients in saucepan.  Heat over low heat, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted and mixture smooth.  Stir in crab meat, parsley & sherry.  Serve warm with crackers or cut up rolls and bagels.
