Cheesy Salsa Dip - SMN
Ingredients:
1 lb Velvetta Cheese (reduced fat one works well too)
1 lb ground turkey or ground beef
1 large jar chunky salsa (I use Chi-Chi's)
Procedure:
Cook off the meat. I usually run it under hot water in a strainer when I done to rinse off excess grease. Put velvetta and salsa in crock pot to melt. Once melted, add cooked meat. Turn on low and serve with nacho chips.
