Crab Wontons - DEN
Ingredients:
package wonton wrappers (round or square) available at most grocery stores
3 scallions
8 oz cream cheese
8 oz canned crab or sea legs

Procedure:
combine finely minced scallions, cream cheese and crab. Place heaping tsp
onto wrapper (toward edge); fold in half, seal edges with water. Don't
leave any gaps or filling will fall out. Fry until golden.

Shannon's healthier version...spray a cookie sheet with oliver oil cooking spray. Place the wontons on the cookie sheet. Lightly spray the wontons with the cooking spray. Bake at 375 until golden.
