This is really easy and delicious.  Couldn't buy the seasoned meats that my family introduced me to in Texas, but this is pretty close.  Lisa & Lori made quesadillas for us and we've been hooked on them since.
 
 
 
Tyson Southwest seasoned chicken strips
Mozzarella cheese
Monterey Jack cheese
Tortilla shells
 
Heat chicken strips as directed.
Spray skillet with Pam.
Lay one tortilla shell in pan.
Put handful of chicken strips in center.
Spread grated cheeses on top of chicken.
Either fold over tortilla, or place another shell on top.
Brown both sides. Press down sides to keep cheese inside as it melts.
 
 
One box of chicken strips makes about 3 quesadillas.
I usually buy the larger box.
You can also buy  larger amount in bags.
