Ingredients:

2 chicken breasts
1 box frozen broccoli spears
1 cup cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup chicken stock
Parmesan cheese
paprika

Procedure:

Boil chicken breasts approx. 25 minutes. Keep stock and cook broccoli in it. Keep stock again.Lay broccoli in bottom of 9 inch casserole dish. Debone chicken and lay on top of broccoli.Mix soup, stock, and mayo. Pour over top. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and paprika.Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.  Serve over rice.
