Ingredients:

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
3 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. seasoned croutons

Procedure:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.Place chicken breasts in 13 x 9 glass baking dish.Top with croutons and pour soup over all; mix together so that croutons are covered in soup.Bake for 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through ( no longer pink).   

I changed it a little:Slice chicken breasts in half to make twice the fillets.Add about 1 cup of water to 3 cans of soup.Mix well, then pour over croutons.Bake @ 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
