Ingredients:

3 lbs chicken legs (other pieces will work too)

1/4 cup olive oil

3 tsp minced garlic

1 cup breadcrumbs

1 1/3 cup parmesan cheese

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

Procedure:

In a bowl, combine olive oil and garlic.  In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.  Dip each piece of chicken in oil/garlic mixture.  Then coat in breadcrumb/cheese mixture.  Place on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.  Bake for 30 to 45 minutes at 375.  Chicken is done when the juices run clear.
