Ingredients:

smoked ham & bone ( usually left over from baked ham)
large head of cabbage
4-5 potatoes
1 can cut green beans ( sometimes I add these)

Procedure:

Cook ham bone till meat starts falling off and there is a good broth. Cut up cabbage. Add to broth. Cut potatoes into cubes. Add to broth.Cook till cabbage almost done. Add green beans. Cook 10 minutes more.
