Hamburgers in Tomato Gravy - CEL
Ingredients:
1-1/2 lb hamburg
2 chopped scallions or some onion
2-3 tbsp fresh parsley
1 egg
breadcrumbs
Procedure:
Mix altogether & fry. When done add 2 small cans tomato sauce & some water to cover & simmer for about 1/2 to 1 hour.
