Ingredients:

1 flour tortilla (per pizza)
garlic butter spread
2 Tbsp grated parm
4 oz drained roma tomatoes (2-3 tomatoes) or fresh plum - dices small
2 Tbsp fresh basil cut in strips or store bought pesto
2 oz cubed lobster meat or shrimp will also do
1/2 cup Italian blend cheese

Procedure:

Heat over to 450 degrees
Brush entire top of tortilla with garlic butter (edge to edge)
Sprinkle parm cheese over garlic butter
Add diced tomatoes evenly over parm cheese
Arrange basil leaves or pesto on tomato layer; sprinkle lobster/shrimp over
tomato/basil layer; sprinkle with Italian cheese blend
Brush pizza pan lightly with oil and sprinkle with ground black pepper &
kosher salt.
Cook approx 4 to 5 mins or until lightly browned.  Slice into wedges
