Ingredients:

4 deer chops or steak, 3/4 " thick ( about 1 lb.)  
1/4 cup wine vinegar
1/4 cup cooking oil   
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/8 tsp pepper
1 clove glove, minced

Procedure:

Place meat into sauce. Cover & refrigerate several hours or overnight. Broil 3" from heat 6 minutes each side.
