Ingredients:

1 lb. fresh country sausage
1 head cabbage
salt & pepper
1/2 cup water
8 oz. kluski noodles

Procedure:

Bring sausage to boil. Cook 15 minutes. Fry till brown.Add water & cabbage to sausage.Cover & steam 15 minutes or till cabbage is tender.Meanwhile cook kluski noodles. Drain.Add noodles to cabbage mixture & mix lightly.Cook uncovered for 5 minutes.
