Pork & Sauerkraut - CEL

Mom & dad had this every New Years Day.  All of the siblings loved it.  Not so for  some of their children.  Even TRAPPER loved this.

 

Roast a pork roast for about 1 hr.  Then put in the sauerkraut.  Continue roasting till done.  I put in paprika.  Dee uses beef bullion.

Serve with a big bowl of mashed potatoes.
