Ingredients:

2 lb. short ribs
1 cup water
1 tsp salt
dash pepper
1 large onion, chopped
9 oz. can crushed pineapple
2 med. tomatoes. cut up
1 pkg. kluski noodles

Procedure:

In Dutch oven, brown meat well. Add water, salt & pepper. Simmer, covered for 2 hours or till meat is tender.Remove meat, skim fat, retaining 3 tbsp fat & 1 cup stock. In saucepan, heat fat & cook onions till transparent. Add meat, pineapple, tomatoes & stock. Heat thoroughly.Cook noodles according to directions. Drain. Serve mixture over noodles.
