Ingredients:

1 Bag Nestle butterscotch morsels

6 Tbl spoons butter/margarine

2 Cups graham cracker crumbs

2 Cups chopped nuts

2 Packs cream cheese, softened

½ Cup sugar

4 Eggs

¼ Cup flour

2 Tbl spoons lemon juice

Procedure:

Preheat oven to 350.  Melt morsels and butter over hot, not boiling water until smooth.   In large bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, nuts, and butterscotch mixture.  Reserve two cups for topping.  Press remaining mixture into ungreased 13X9 pan.  Bake for 12 minutes.  In large mixing bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar until creamy.  Add eggs, one at a time until mixed.  Add flour and lemon juice.  Pour batter evenly over hot crust, then sprinkle remaining crumb mixture over top.  Bake for 25 minutes.  Let cool and cut into squares.
