Chocolate Caramel Crackers - MAB
Ingredients:
Saltine crackers, approx. 24
2 sticks butter , not oleo
1 cup brown sugar
6 oz. choc. chips
Procedure:
Place crackers on foil lined cookie sheet, which has been sprayed with Pam.In saucepan, combine butter and brown sugar. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Boil 3 minutes.Spread over crackers.Bake @ 400 degrees for 5 minutes.Remove from oven. Sprinkle choc. chips evenly over caramel crackers and spread till softened.Place in fridge till cool. Cut into pieces.
