Ingredients:

3 1/2 c flour                          
1 c shortening
3/4 c sugar                           
1/2 c sour cream
2 egg yolks                           
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp. baking powder           
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt                          
2 egg whites 
1 can crushed pineapple
1/2 c sugar
2 tbsp. flour

Procedure:

Cook pineapple, sugar, & flour until thick.  Cool
Beat 2 egg whites & refrigerate . Mix all other ingredients together with hands. 
PLEASE wash them first.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Save 1/4 of the dough for top.
Spread the remaining dough on cookie sheet.
Add cooked pineapple. 
Spread beaten egg whites on top of pineapple. 
Roll remaining dough & cut into 1/2 inch strips. 
Make lattice on top of egg whites. 

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
