Ingredients:

Crepes: 
1 1/3 cup flour
1 1/3 cup milk
2 eggs
2 tbsp. melted oleo
1 tsp. salt 

Filling: 
1 qt. strawberries
sugar 

Topping: 
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup 4X
sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Procedure:

Beat crepe ingredients. Pour about 1/4 cup batter in hot, lightly greased skillet. Tilt skillet to spread batter evenly & thinly. Turn & brown other side. Keep crepes separate between paper towels or waxed paper. Makes 12. Mash strawberries. Heat till warm. Add sugar. Heat few minutes. Whip heavy cream till stiff. Add other ingredients. Put 2 spoonfuls filling in crepe. Fold over. Spoon whipped topping on top.
