Ingredients:

2 eggs
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 medium onion
2 tbsp flour
3 cups raw potatoes, cubed

Procedure:

Put eggs, onion, salt, flour, baking powder and 1/2 cup potatoes into blender.  Cover. Process at GRATE till potatoes have gone through the blades. Stop. Add remaining potatoes. Cover & process at CHOP only till potatoes have passed through blades. Do not overblend! pour onto hot, well greased griddle. Fry till golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
