Ingredients:

bag cavatelli
bag broccoli pieces (or head of fresh broccoli)
parm cheese (approx 1/2 to 1 cup)
butter
olive oil
GARLIC (lots) minced

Procedure:

Cook off cavatelli per pkg directions
Cook off broccoli until tender

Combine approx 1/2 stick marg & 1/2 cup olive oil and sauté lots (I do mean
lots of garlic).  Do not brown garlic or it will become bitter.  Add cooked
and drained cavatelli & broccoli.  Add grated cheese to taste.
