Ingredients:


10 large potatoes
1 med. onion
5 slices bacon, cut in pieces
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup evaporated milk, heated
3 eggs
2 tbsp flour 
1 tsp baking powder

Procedure:

Grate potatoes & onion. Fry bacon till crisp. Pour fat & bacon over potatoes. Mix in hot milk, salt, pepper & beaten eggs, one at a time. Blend in flour & baking powder. Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
