Seashells with Bacon and Tomato - CEL
Ingredients:
Bacon {as much as you like}
seashells
canned tomatoes--enough to make sauce to cover shells.
I made it this summer with fresh tomatoes & it was delicious.
Shallots or onions chopped very fine **Bridgett uses garlic instead
Procedure:
Chop your bacon & fry. Drain grease & right before done add your onions or whatever. Let finish frying & then add your canned tomatoes.Cook shells & drain, Add tomatoes & bacon mixture.
