Ingredients:

4 baking potatoes
1/2 cup sour cream
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp. frozen chives
Dash salt & pepper
Paprika
Parsley flakes

Procedure:

Wash potatoes. Pierce skins with fork.Nuke for 9-11 minutes or till potatoes are done.Cut slice from top of each potato. Scoop out insides into bowl.  Mash potatoes.  Add remaining ingredients, except paprika and parsley. Mix well. Spoon back into potato shells. Garnish with paprika and parsley flakes.Nuke for 2 1/2 - 3 minutes, or till heated through. Potatoes may be topped with cheddar cheese & nuked till cheese melts.
