Ingredients:

bacon cut in small strips (taste preference as to how much)  I generally
double recipe and use 1 lb
1 1/2 tsp cornstarch
2 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp dry mustard
2 egg yolks
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup vinegar
2 Tbsp butter

Procedure:

Cook off bacon and drain most of drippings (right)
add cornstarch, sugar and mustard to drippings; mix thoroughly over med heat
add vinegar to milk and add to beaten egg yolks and add to pan and stir with
wisk until blended and thickened; remove from stove and add butter if
necessary.
