Vegetarian Chili - MAB
Ingredients:
olive oil
onion, coarsely chopped
green pepper, cut in large chunks
garlic, chopped
1 lb can diced tomatoes
1 can kidney beans
chili powder
Procedure:
In skillet, saute garlic, onion and green pepper in olive oil. When tender, add tomatoes and kidney beans. Season with chili powder to your preference.You may add salt or pepper. I don't.Serve with corn bread.
