Ingredients:

1 pkg chopped broccoli
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese (12 ounces)
1/2 green pepper
2/3 cup chopped onion (can always be eliminated) or onion powder to taste
1 1/3 cup milk
3/4 cup bisquck baking
3 eggs
salt
pepper

Procedure:

Cook off broccoli & drain.  Place green pepper, bisquick, milk, eggs, onion
(yuk), salt, pepper in blender on high for 1 minute.  Butter pie pan, place
drained broccoli with 2 cups cheese on botton of pan, pour blended
ingredients over broccoli and bake at 400 for 25 or 30 minutes until knife
comes out clean and then top off with last cup of cheese and bake just until
melted, 1 to 2 minutes longer.
