Ingredients:

3 strips bacon
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tbsp flour
3 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
16 oz can green beans, reserving liquid
salt & pepper

Procedure:

Saute bacon pieces, until rendered of fat. Add onion. Lower heat & saute about 5 minutes. Add flour & stir to combine. Stir in vinegar, sugar, beans & half the reserved liquid. Cover & simmer 10-15 minutes, adding more liquid if necessary. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
